Place the toothbrush in your mouth. Gently press the power button to select the desired mode. A 2-minute timer will start — every 30 seconds the light will briefly turn off (0.5 seconds) to remind the child to switch to a different area of the mouth. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off. Brush each area of the mouth for 30 seconds, as recommended. Rinse your mouth with water. After brushing, rinse the toothbrush under running water.
